Apostle Barnes with the Youth of Kuruman District

On Sunday, 22 March 2009, Apostle Barnes, accompanied by Bishop Bhana, conducted a Youth Service in Gamopedi for the Kuruman District. 127 Youth members and office bearers attended the service.

The word the apostle used was out of 1 Corinthians 6:12:

Someone will say, "I am allowed to do anything." Yes; but not everything is good for you. I could say that I am allowed to do anything, but I am not going to let anything make me its slave (TEV).

After the service the apostle enjoyed the company of the Youth who were served with lunch and also sang traditional songs, including a song of greeting before the apostle and bishop departed.
