Bishop Petersen with the congregation of Kolonyama

Bishop Petersen conducted a divine service on 29 January 2006 at the congregation of Kolonyama, situated in the mountains of Lesotho. We presently have 229 children of God living in this part of the country. Up and until about two years ago, one could only reach the congregation by foot or on horse back. The local government recently constructed a semi corrugated road that leads to the area. This road, however, is only suitable for 4-by-4 vehicles. None of the members have transport so they have to walk by foot to attend services. They also live very close to nature. They plant their own vegetables and rear their own livestock.
