For our Zulu and Sotho speaking members the long wait is nearly over. New hymnals are being developed that will expand the existing collection from 100 to 200 hymns, featuring songs both old and new. The hymnals are now in the final stages of their development and will be introduced in 2010.

In order to get a foretaste of the new hymnal a special concert was held in Mpumalanga on 8 November 2009. A choir, under the leadership of Bishop Radebe, as well as an orchestra introduced some of the hymns to the audience. Seeing that Christmas was around the corner a few Christmas carols were rendered as well. Apostle Mkhwanazi, the retired Apostle Shongwe, as well as the Bishops of the Mpumalanga area were among those who attended the special concert.
