Youth Visit GaMotlatla
Congregation In April 2005, 66 youth of
the Bosmont District drove out by bus to GaMotlatla (beyond Koster) to visit our
brethren there. A divine service was conducted, which was translated from
Afrikaans into South Sotho by a 74 year old local Brother, Piet Mogarane. The
Youth were also introduced to Brother Mogashwa, 96 years of age, a founder
member and pioneer of the congregation. After the youth had lunch with the
members of GaMotlatla, they set off to visit Queen Serebatse, a charming and
elegant lady. On the lawn in front of her home, the youth sang and made music
for her and the relatives and friends she had invited.
