The congregation that gathered in Pretoria Central

Bishop Ackerman (i.r.) passed away on 14 July 2009 at the age of 65. He was active as a bishop for 24 years in the Cape District. On 26 March 2006 he was retired by District Apostle Barnes, whereafter he and his wife relocated to Centurion in Pretoria. District Apostle Kitching, accompanied by District Apostle Barnes, conducted the funeral in Pretoria Central on 17 July 2009.
